You probably should read this.
This is my site. I post what I want to, when I want to. I don’t post things to make you happy or feel good. I hope you do, but I have opinions on things, and those opinions may not agree with yours sometimes. That is not my problem. If you don’t like the stuff I post in general, don’t come here. If something doesn’t align with your opinions once in a while, don’t read that. I sometimes have strong opinions on things, and may express them in posts here.
That said, I understand not everyone agrees on everything. I do like a good discussion on many topics, but be aware, if I don’t agree with you, I won’t change my mind just because you say I should. Convince me with reasonable debate, and maybe I will change my thinking. Which brings me to-
Comments are always welcome. I do moderate comments, and you should be aware that if I feel your comment is inappropriate in any way, I will edit, delete, or otherwise trash it. Be nice. Be polite. If you disagree, say so, but don’t be a dick. To anyone, including others who comment. I don’t like to, but I can be a mean person if pushed. Be a jerk too many times, and I may simply block you from commenting. It’s my site, so my rules. I am not a government institution. You do have freedom of speech, but only up to a point. And I determine that point.
Privacy
I do not collect any information from the site from anyone, for any purpose on a regular basis. Period. Occasionally, I may ask for email addresses for giveaways, contests, and the like. Usually, those will be done privately, and I do not save them. However, Automattic, the company that owns WordPress, does collect some information to help run the site. This may include IP addresses and other very general information. Their privacy policy is outlined here.
