Tuesday Thoughts: Home Again, Home Again!

We are back from our trip to Arkansas. It was a fun few days with friends. We managed to pack a whole lot of stuff into those five days, and I have a boatload of pictures to go through! I will post some of them at a later date, but for now, here’s a sampling of some of the things we did.

This is one of the lions at the Turpentine Creek Sanctuary. They rescue big (and some small) wild cats from bad situations.

This is Beaver Lake. The scenery was really beautiful! The leaves are all out down there and that really fresh Spring green is everywhere.

And this is just one of the pictures I took at Cosmic Caverns where our friend Steve is a tour guide. The top image is from the caves, also.

So now, we are home, and mostly settled back in. I’ve unpacked the suitcase and started the after-vacation laundry. We are off soon to pick up Lambeau from the boarding kennel. I missed my dog!

I’ll get a longer post about our trip done “soon”. I do have some catching up to do, along with all the usual post-vacation stuff!

We had fun! And that’s what a vacation is supposed to be, right?
