Things are a bit topsy-turvy here at the moment. The BaldMan spiked a fever on Saturday, so with his history of infections that can get serious, the nurse practitioner he talked to from the oncology department thought it best to get him to the hospital. He’s still there, but things are going well and I hope he will be home in the next day or so.
The whole experience was, well, an experience, but that’s a post for another day. I am still around, just kinda busy right now! Catch up soon!
Sick parter is VERY stressful. Thinking good thoughts for a quick recovery, and don’t forget to take care of yourself.

Thanks. Much better since he’s out of the Hell ED and in a regular ward. At least the doctors talk to us. Good chance he will be home tomorrow, or Friday at the latest.

Thanks. The ED was hell, including putting him (an immunocompromised patient) in a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the last patient. On the regular ward now, and it’s much better. The doctors up there actually talk TO you rather than AT you. Good chance he will be home tomorrow.
