A good thing, mind you. We joined a gym. It’s a small, local place. They have one here in Vestal, and one other location. It’s not flashy, with a ton of fancy equipment. What they are is focused on personal training, so you get a trainer who works with you each time you go to the gym. I had my initial meeting with my trainer where we did some body measurements and fitness analysis, talked about what I want to get out of going to the gym, and set up my first session and four week goal. I will have my nutritional meeting after my first gym session today. I will meet with the trainer every four weeks to see where I am, and reset the goals.
