I know I set the pre-order start date for the 18th, but that was mainly to give myself some breathing room in case things got messy getting the files to all the different places they needed to be. And getting them in the right form. One wants an MS Word .doc (not .docx, mind you). One wants .pdf. One will take a .png for the cover file. The other wants .jpeg only. That alone is enough to cause a migraine. And then there are the possible conversion and other errors that might crop up when each of those places runs the manuscript through their vetting process. Anyway, it all went relatively smoothly, and the book is up on pre-order at the following places:
