I hope. I am sorry for the prolonged lack of posts. I have no real excuse. We have been busy with company Easter weekend, and a sort of last minute trip to Staten Island the next weekend. I could have done quick updates but I got lazy and tired. I promise to try to be better now. Forgive me?
So, we went to see Avengers: Endgame last night. I was supposed to see it with our middle daughter on the day it released. We had tickets and everything. But then that aforementioned trip to Staten Island happened, and I had to cancel. Waaaaah! But, the BaldMan said he would take me and that’s a big deal, because the MCU movies are definitely not his thing. We did get to see it in 3D, though, thanks to a movie gift certificate from our youngest as a Christmas gift a year ago. I won’t say much because I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone. I managed not to see anything spoilery before we went, and I am so glad I didn’t. I am just going to say two things:
OH. MY. GOD. It was so good! And-
The Feels! Tears, both happy and sad.
If you are a fan and haven’t yet- get out to see this. It was a damned near perfect end to this phase of the MCU. The BaldMan said he enjoyed it as a movie, though I did have to fill in some blanks and identify some characters for him.
I am not going to review it tomorrow. I will wait a bit because I don’t think I can do it justice without spoilers.
I was hoping to get some gardening accomplished this week, but so far, it’s been kind of rainy and chilly. Bleah! I hope the sun comes back soon. I am so ready for it!
